Shipping Destinations

Currently we are only able to ship domestic orders throughout the United States via USPS.  

 

Shipping Rates + Estimates

All shipping methods include tracking information.

First-Class Mail (3-5 business days): 

calculated by USPS at checkout (~$4-$5.90 USD)

 

Priority Mail (1-3 business days):

calculated by USPS at checkout (~$7-$10 USD)

 

First-Class Mail for orders over $50 USD (3-5 business days): 

FREE SHIPPING (no code required; automatically adjusted at checkout)

 

Free Local Delivery (zip code restrictions):

choose this option if you are within the specific zip code zone (76201, 76205, 76208, 76209, 76210) and your order will arrive at your door within 2 business days.

 

The processing time to prepare orders is within two (2) business days of your confirmed order(s). 

*Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Product Details

All products are handmade and packaged/assembled in-house (located in Texas, yeehaw!), with the exception of certain bulk items that are sent off to be printed using a manufacturer. 
 

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. However, if there was an error with your order, missing items, or something is damaged, please send an email (hello@heypandadesigns.com) within three (3) days of receiving your order, followed by a description of the issue and detailed photos (if applicable) for further assistance.
